Senior Functional Consultant – SCM in IFS

Primary Job Role

Enterprise Analytics (EA) is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This position requires someone with a proven track record in IFS cloud-based enterprise software implementations in Supply Chain Management.

The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise across the IFS SCM module, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, WaDaCO, demand forecasting, planning, sales, and delivery. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing solutions that effectively align with customers’ business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementations, upgrades, and support of cloud-based and non-cloud based enterprise software solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that optimize business processes.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and swiftly address challenges during the implementation phase.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and staying up to date with industry trends.
• Support presales and solutioning activities, including RFP responses and effort estimations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the core functionalities in the Supply Chain Management, with strong understanding of business applications and workflows within this sector.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, including on-site engagements and workshops.
