Functional Consultant – Human Capital Management in IFS

Primary Job Role

We're seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This position requires someone with a proven track record in IFS cloud-based enterprise software implementations in HCM.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementations, upgrades, and support of cloud-based and non-cloud based enterprise software solutions for customers.
• Specialize in HCM functional areas, designing, configuring, and implementing solutions that align with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that optimize business processes.
• Apply industry best practices, particularly in human resource management from recruiting to talent management, time and attendance, and more, to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and swiftly address challenges during the implementation phase.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and staying up to date with industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing IFS cloud-based enterprise software solutions in HCM.
• Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the core functionalities in the Human Resource Management, with strong understanding of business applications and workflows within this sector.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, including on-site engagements and workshops.
